1. Terms and Definitions

For the purposes of this User Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings:

Website Administration — owns all exclusive property rights to the Website (including the Website's domain name) and the materials posted on the Website, and administers and manages it.

Database — the collection of Information posted on the Website. All Information posted on the Website, as well as the selection, grouping, and arrangement of Information, are the intellectual property of the Website Administration and/or other copyright holders.

Information — any information posted by the User or the Website Administration on the Website, including: the User's personal information, links to other websites, any text messages, game reviews, comments, photographs (images), audio and/or video works, computer programs, and other files.

Moderation — modification and deletion of any Information available on the Website, including that added by the User. A User is any person using the Website. A User who has completed the registration process and received a username and password is considered a registered User and has their own Profile. Any User accessing and using the Website automatically agrees to these Terms of Use and accepts the requirements set forth in these Terms of Use.

User Content is any content (text, video, images, reviews, testimonials, comments, etc.) created by Users and posted on the Website.

A User Profile (account) is a special section of the Website protected by a password. The Profile contains information about the User, which is posted by the User. Each User is entitled to only one Profile.

User's Personal Information — any information the User provides about themselves upon registration (creating a User Profile) or while using the Website, including the User's personal data, information automatically transmitted to the Website Administration during use of the Website using software installed on the User's device, including IP address, cookie information, information about the User's browser, and other data about the User.

Website — an Internet resource located on the Internet at https://l2rehab.com. Depending on the context, the "Website" also includes the Website software, the Website design (graphic design), the Database, any section (subsection) of the Website, as well as Information posted on the Website by the Website Administration and Users. All exclusive property rights to the Website belong to the Website Administration.

Spam — email and other mailings of an advertising, informational, promotional, or other nature, the receipt of which is not authorized by the recipients. Any terms and definitions used in this User Agreement that are not specified in the "Terms and Definitions" section will be interpreted in accordance with the meaning implied by the text of the User Agreement. In the event of any disagreement regarding the interpretation of a term and/or concept used in the User Agreement, the interpretation determined by the Site Administration will apply.

2. Subject and General Provisions of the User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement or Rules) sets forth the terms and conditions for using the Website and posting Information on it. It constitutes an agreement between the User and the Website Administration, superseding all previous agreements between the User and the Website Administration.

Accessing, using, and/or performing any other actions on the Website by the User signifies that the User accepts and agrees to comply with all the terms of this Agreement. Completing the User registration procedure on the Website signifies the User's acceptance of this Agreement.

The Website Administration reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, to use the following actions, but is not obligated to do so:

Restrict, restrict, or terminate Users' access to the Website;

Refuse, for any reason, the posting, moving, or deletion of any materials on the Website;

Block or delete User accounts, or delete or remove any information contained in User account files.

By accepting this User Agreement, the User acknowledges that the Website Administration shall not be liable to them or any other person for any actions specified in this Agreement.

The User understands and agrees that use of the Website may be accompanied by advertising, and that such advertising is necessary for the operation of the Website. The User also undertakes not to restrict the display of such advertising or notices by modifying HTML/CSS or other means. By using the Website, the User acknowledges the right of the Website Administration to place such advertising without prior notice and without any compensation to the User or other users. The nature and quantity of advertising displayed on the Website are determined and changed at the discretion of the Website Administration. Correspondence and business relationships with advertisers or participation in advertising promotions conducted by advertisers, including payment, delivery, terms, warranties, and presentations of relevant services or goods mentioned in or found as a result of such relationships, create rights and obligations solely between the User and the advertiser. The User agrees that the Website Administration bears no responsibility or liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of interactions with advertisers and/or the presence of advertising on the Website.

3. Website Registration

To gain access to all the Website's features, the User must register on the Website. User registration is completed by completing a series of steps and completing the registration form electronically. Upon completion, the User becomes a registered User and receives a username and password for access to all the Website's features.

The Website Administration reserves the right to block and/or delete the User's Profile, deny access to all or some of the Website's features, and delete the User's Information without explanation, including in the event of the User's violation of the Agreement, or if the User provides false information about themselves, or if the Website Administration has reason to believe that the information provided by the User is inaccurate, incomplete, or incomplete, violates the terms of this Agreement, or if the User is using someone else's information.

4. Website Authorization

Each registered User has a unique login and password required for authorization on the Website. This individual login and password are intended only for that registered User.

The User undertakes not to disclose or transfer their login and password to third parties, and to take all necessary measures to ensure that their login and password are not accessible to third parties. A unique login and/or password allows access to sections of the Website that are only available to registered Users, as well as to personal pages of the Website intended only for that User.

If any person other than the User logs into the Website using the User's login and password, all actions performed by such person will be considered to have been performed by that User. The User is solely responsible for all actions performed by them on the Website, as well as for all actions performed on the Website by any other person using the User's login and password.

Registered Users are solely responsible for the security of their login and password, as well as for any consequences that may arise from their unauthorized and/or other use.

In the event of unauthorized use of their login and password, or any suspicion of such use, or any violation or suspected breach of account confidentiality, the User is obligated to immediately notify the Website Administration.

The Website Administration is not responsible for any loss or damage to Information that may occur due to the User's violation of the provisions of this part of this Agreement.

5. User's Personal Information

When processing the User's Personal Information, the Website Administration undertakes to take all organizational and technical measures to protect the User's Personal Information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions by third parties. However, it is possible that due to a Website malfunction, a virus or hacker attack, technical malfunctions, or other circumstances, the User's Personal Information may become accessible to others. The User understands this and agrees not to make any claims against the Website Administration in connection with this.

Although the Website Administration requires minimal information from the User upon registration and authorization, the User may, at their own discretion and discretion, add personal information and agrees that their Personal Information contained in their User Profile is publicly available and may be accessed by any User of the Website.

The User agrees that the Website Administration collects, stores, and otherwise processes the User's Personal Information for the following purposes:

identifying the party under agreements and contracts with the Website Administration;

sending notifications, messages, and information regarding the use of the Website;

communicating with the User to provide services, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;

improving the quality of the Website, its usability, and developing new services;

targeting advertising materials;

conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized User data.

The User confirms that by posting their Personal Information on the Website, they do so voluntarily and that they voluntarily provide this Information to the Website Administration. The Website Administration does not intend to collect information considered personal data under current legislation, except in cases where such information is voluntarily provided by the User. By voluntarily providing their personal information, the User consents to the processing of their personal data, including its transfer and processing in accordance with current legislation. If the User does not wish their personal information to be processed, they should not provide it on the Website.

The User undertakes not to post the personal information of others on the Website without their consent and/or to use the personal information of other Users in any way that does not comply with current legislation, for unlawful and/or illegal purposes, or for any other purposes inconsistent with the purposes of using the Website.

The User has the right to change and/or supplement their Personal Information or any part thereof at any time, provided this does not violate the terms of this Agreement.

The User has the right to delete the Personal Information they have provided in their Profile by contacting the Website Administration via the Feedback form. This action may limit the User's access to certain features and sections of the Website.

The Website Administration is not responsible for the use of the User's Personal Information by other persons, including persons to whom the User's Personal Information has been transferred by the Website Administration in accordance with Section 5.9.

Without prejudice to other provisions of the Agreement, the Website Administration has the right to transfer the User's Personal Information to third parties in the following cases:

The User has consented to such actions;

The transfer is necessary for the User's use of the Website or for the provision of services to the User;

Such transfer is provided for in accordance with the procedure established by law;

Such transfer occurs as part of the sale or other transfer of a business (in whole or in part), in which case all obligations to comply with the terms of this Agreement with respect to the User's Personal Information received by it shall transfer to the acquirer;

To ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Website Administration or third parties in cases where the User violates the terms of this Agreement;

Transfer between entities affiliated with the Website Administration. In this case, all obligations to comply with the terms of this Agreement with respect to the User's Personal Information received by it shall transfer to the recipient.

Detailed terms of the collection, processing, and protection of User information are set forth in the Website's Privacy Policy.

6. Specifics of Posting Information on the Website

6.1. The User agrees to be solely responsible for any materials publicly posted on the Website or confidentially transmitted using the technical capabilities provided to the User on the Website. By accepting these Rules, the User confirms that they own all intellectual property rights to the User Content and grants the Company the right to use, copy, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, reproduce, store, transmit, send, and publish the User Content and subsequent revisions thereof for the purposes of (i) reproducing the User Content on the Website; (ii) distributing the User Content via electronic or other means of communication to enable other users to download or otherwise obtain such content; and/or (iii) storing the User Content in a remote database accessible to other users. If the User does not have the appropriate rights to post any Information on the Website, the User undertakes not to post such Information.

6.2. When using the Website, Users may encounter content that may cause harm or damage, is obscene or offensive, or contains inaccurate information. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of such content. The Website Administration reserves the right to remove any content that violates this User Agreement or is offensive, but assumes no obligation to remove such content.

6.3. When using the Website, the User undertakes to:

Not to disrupt the normal operation of the Website;

Not to post on the Website or send through or via the Website the following Information:

containing threats, slander, or insults;

defaming the honor and/or dignity of third parties;

violating the rights and legally protected interests of third parties, including copyright;

violating the privacy rights of citizens and public order;

promoting and/or containing discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, social status, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or other characteristics;

promoting and/or calling for changes to the constitutional order, the outbreak of war, religious, racial, or ethnic strife, or infringing on the rights of minorities;

containing attempts to incite hatred or calls for violence;

Containing pornographic materials or other morally offensive materials;

Containing extremist materials;

Offending the religious feelings of citizens;

Knowingly false and misleading;

Materials whose sole purpose is to link to an external website.

Do not intentionally clutter sections of the Website with useless, uninformative messages, messages consisting of randomly repeated characters, or send identical messages multiple times, including messages consisting of images or special characters that stretch the page in any direction, or by constantly using transliteration, Caps Lock, or excessive use of text formatting tags in a way that interferes with other users of the Website. Also, do not engage in any form of harm to the Website.

"Ordered" messages, i.e. Information created for someone else's benefit that is inconsistent with the purposes of the Website;

other Information that does not comply with applicable law and/or this Agreement.

When using the Site, publicly criticizing the administration (including moderators, as representatives of the Site Administration) is prohibited. Criticism of the moderation and/or administration of the Site, as well as arguing and arguing with moderators or administrators, is prohibited.

The User undertakes not to post on and/or through the Site any malicious software (viruses, Trojans, worms, etc.) or other computer code, files, or programs designed to disrupt, modify, block, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer or telecommunications equipment, software, or program for unauthorized access.

The User undertakes not to distribute and/or use any computer programs, robots ("spiders"), or other automated algorithms or methods aimed at "extracting" (collecting), illegally transferring, copying, blocking, modifying, or destroying Information and the Database, or aimed at circumventing restrictions established by the Site Administration in the Site settings.

The User undertakes not to post advertising information on and/or through the Site without the prior consent of the Site Administration.

The User undertakes not to post or otherwise use on the Site Information protected by intellectual property law (including, but not limited to, information that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, and/or related rights) or other legally protected Information without the appropriate rights and permission from the copyright holder of such Information. In the event of a dispute, the burden of proof that the Information posted by the User does not infringe anyone's rights rests with such User.

The User undertakes not to collect, store, distribute, process, or otherwise handle the Personal Information of other Users.

The User undertakes not to post links to other Internet resources on and/or through the Website whose content is contrary to the requirements of current legislation and/or this Agreement.

The User undertakes to first evaluate the legality of posting any information (including, but not limited to, images of other people, other people's texts of various content, audio recordings, and videos) on and/or through the Website.

The User undertakes not to distribute spam, chain letters, online money-making schemes, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing schemes, or email marketing schemes on and/or through the Website.

The User undertakes not to assist in the commission and/or not to commit, using the Site, other illegal and unlawful actions that contradict the requirements of current legislation and/or this Agreement.

The User undertakes not to post on and/or through the Website any information aimed at soliciting or obtaining money, regardless of pretext, from other Users and/or third parties.

The Website Administration does not check, and does not have the technical or actual ability to check, all Information posted by the User on the Website for compliance with legal requirements and the provisions of this Agreement, as such verification would make the Website impossible to operate. However, the Website Administration may do so at any time at its sole discretion if any relevant doubts arise.

The Website Administration provides the User with the opportunity to post Information on the Website, but assumes no liability for the accuracy or legality of the Information posted by the User on the Website.

Links to any other website, product, work, or service, or information of a commercial or non-commercial nature, posted on the Website by the User and/or as advertising, do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of such information by the Website Administration.

The Website Administration may, at its sole discretion, refuse to post and/or remove any information that the User intends to post or has posted on the Website.

7. Use of the Website

The User may use the Website only in accordance with this Agreement and solely in ways permitted by the Website's technical capabilities.

The Website contains links to websites owned by third parties, which may be commercial in nature. The inclusion of third-party content and links to third-party websites on the Website does not constitute an endorsement of such content or websites. The Website Administration is not responsible for the content of such websites or the content contained therein. Furthermore, the Website Administration is not responsible for any goods or services offered through links to websites owned by third parties. The User independently conducts any interactions with third parties, including transactions involving payments and the delivery of goods and services. The Website Administration assumes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any losses or damages of any kind arising from any such transactions between the User and third parties. Any questions, claims, or complaints regarding any goods or services should be directed to the relevant seller.

8. Liability

The Site Administration makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the Site operates 24/7. However, it does not guarantee the absence of interruptions due to technical malfunctions or maintenance, nor does it guarantee the full or partial availability of the Site/Service.

The User hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Site Administration and all of our officers, directors, owners, employees, representatives, information providers, affiliates, partners, and licensors (collectively, "Partners") from any liability, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by any participant in connection with any claim, including, but not limited to, claims for damage to reputation, violation of rights of publicity and/or violation of privacy rights, and copyright or trademark infringement in connection with the following actions:

Use of the Website;

Any use or intended use of the User's account and password by any other person (user), regardless of whether such user has been granted permission for such use;

The content, quality, or content of the content the User posts on the Website;

Violation of this Agreement by the User; or

Violation by the User of the rights of any other person or entity.

The Website Administration does not guarantee that the Information posted on the Website will be accessible at all times or will not be deleted or lost. The Website Administration is not responsible for any interruptions or delays in the operation of the Website, or for the possible consequences of such interruptions or delays.

The Administration is not responsible for any offensive, knowingly false, or inaccurate information, or any other information that violates current legislation, posted by other persons, but will make every effort to remove such information from the Website upon request from copyright holders and Users. Responsibility for this information lies with the persons who posted it.

All information posted on the Website, including the Website's design and layout, is provided "as is." The Website Administration disclaims any warranties that the Website is suitable or unsuitable for any particular purpose.

In the event that third parties file claims against the Website Administration related to the User's use of the Website, the User undertakes to independently resolve such claims with such third parties, indemnifying the Website Administration from any potential losses or litigation.

9. Other Provisions

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing an agency relationship, partnership relationship, joint venture relationship, personal employment relationship, or any other relationship between the User and the Website Administration not expressly provided for in this Agreement.

If a court finds any provision of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable, this does not invalidate or render unenforceable any other provisions of this Agreement.

This Agreement is written in Russian and, in some cases, may be provided to the User for review in another language. In the event of a discrepancy between the Russian-language version of the Agreement and the version of the Agreement in another language, the provisions of the Russian-language version of this Agreement shall prevail.

In the event of inaction by the Website Administration in the event of a violation of the provisions of this Agreement by the User or other Users, the Website Administration reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect its interests at any time. Inaction does not constitute a waiver by the Website Administration of its rights in the event of future identical and/or similar violations.

This Agreement may be amended by the Website Administration without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement shall take effect upon its posting online, unless otherwise provided in the new version of the Agreement. If the User continues to use the Website after such changes to the Agreement come into effect, such actions constitute their acceptance of the changes. If at any time the User can no longer comply with the terms of the Agreement, the User must immediately cease using the Website.

The Website Administration may also apply restrictions to certain features and services or restrict the User's access to the entire Website or specific parts thereof, without notice or liability, for technical or security reasons, to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or destruction of data, or if the Website Administration believes, in its sole discretion, that the User is in violation of this Agreement or any other law.

This Agreement constitutes a public offer. The User's consent to the terms of this Agreement (acceptance) is deemed to be their actual use of the Website, its services, and any Information posted thereon. Copyright Holders
